Weather is turning and we still have a few locations we are visiting in the region.
We can’t pass up an opportunity to visit Yellowstone National Park. We had hoped to camp in the NPS (National Park Service) campgrounds, but most are now closed for the season.
West Yellowstone is the popular launching location to Yellowstone NP and easy travel down from Bozeman , MT.
It is surprising how many people are still touring. Sites were few as the RV parks close down for the season.
We were fortunate to locate a quieter location towards the back of the property. Our other location had the site next to the well trafficked road.
