Our campground is situated next to the Rio Grande river, which is the US / Mexico Border. The vast desert and large mountain ranges are a unique site to see. We were able to enjoy ancient hot springs that are in the Rio Grande river which put us right on the border. Our hike traversed along the river and the view from a nearby short hike provided a view across Mexico to the south and US to the north.
