Friday– Gondola up and hiked down Whitefish Mountain the 4.5 miles. Beautiful rocky mountain vistas, foliage and views of the continental divide and the valley.
Saturday– checked out downtown for breakfast (Loula’s), lake shore, library, community center and markets. Cute historic downtown.
Also drove into Kalispell a bigger area to hit Costco for supplies and to drive by some properties.
Whitefish RV park- 3 nights (Thu-Sun)
Nice accessible location and facilities, tight quarters between sites. Nice showers & laundry.
